What do you like to do?
• Play video games, study, chill with friends,
listen to music, make mix tapes
What are the main components of your diet?
•Take in a lot of calories, no soda, plenty of
water and energy drinks
How do you train for your sport?
• Practice, weight lifting and running
Off Season
• January to March is known as winter con-
ditioning, which consists of running and
agility practice before sunrise and weight
lifting
• June to August is known as summer train-
ing, which consists of running, weight lifting
and summer school

• Does not really have a strict diet but re-
frains from greasy foods, increases water and
energy drink intake and eats a lot of fruit
How do you train for your sport?
• Monday through Friday training consists of
numerous hundred meter dashes, working
on form and breathing techniques.
• Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays consist
of 5:30 a.m. early morning weight lifting
workouts.
